Matt Gabel uses mixed media collage to create rich, introspective pieces defined by the intricate layering of mediums and materials that are cut, inlaid, and glued, forming a unique tactile palette.

Matt Gabel began his artistic journey at a young age, drawing inspiration from nature and fantasy. After completing his formal education at The School of Visual Arts, he explored various visual arts avenues, including illustration, fine art commissions, and working with Jeff Koons on the "Celebration Series."

As a painter and collagist, he has showcased his work in numerous galleries and juried exhibitions, and his art is celebrated through fine art shows along the east coast.
